1. What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small data files a website or third-party service may store in a browser. localStorage and sessionStorage are browser mechanisms that can save information without using a traditional cookie. They can be used for essential interface functions, preferences, analytics or advertising depending on the site.
2. What this build currently uses
The current Quentrada build uses localStorage to remember whether you selected “Essential only” or “Allow configured analytics” in the storage notice. The preference key is quentrada_storage_pref.
Because GA4, GTM, Cookiebot and reCAPTCHA configuration fields are empty, those services are not loaded by the production code supplied in this build.
3. Essential storage
Essential or strictly necessary storage is used when a site needs information to provide a function requested by the user or maintain basic security and session behaviour. Quentrada's current interface preference is small and device-local.
4. Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is not active because no real GA4 Measurement ID was supplied. Google Tag Manager is not active because no GTM Container ID was supplied. If either is configured later, the consent logic and policy must be checked against the final tags and data flows before production use.
5. Advertising and affiliate tracking
No advertising cookie or affiliate tracking mechanism is configured in this version. No affiliate partner was provided and there are no affiliate destination links.
If an affiliate program is added later, it may use click identifiers, cookies or server-side attribution. The real technology, partner and duration should then be disclosed here.
6. Cookiebot, reCAPTCHA and Maps
Cookiebot is not active because no CBID was provided. reCAPTCHA is not active because no site key was provided. Google Maps is not embedded because no verified location or map configuration was provided. The site must not claim those services process data until they are actually enabled.
7. Duration and first/third party status
The localStorage preference remains on the device until you clear site data or overwrite the value. There is no configured third-party analytics/advertising cookie duration to list in this build because those technologies are inactive.
8. Your controls
You can clear localStorage and cookies in your browser settings. Blocking or clearing storage may cause preference prompts to reappear. If analytics is configured later, the on-site choice should be respected by the integration code and may also be supplemented by browser controls.
9. Policy changes and contact
This policy must be reviewed when new integrations, affiliate tracking, embedded media or advertising technology is introduced.
